I think i didnt know the requirement again, i dont have the authority to do that as the board of education and Public Health, im just thinking that in a private school setting, it is different than a Public School setting and that you are dealing with a different demographic of folks and Living Conditions and also i think the language barrier and there is a lot of miscommunication, so i think that we also dont do things well for our people who are not English Speakers or english readers.
