Khanna Police arrested five drug peddlers and recovered 150 kilograms of poppy husk. The accused were identified as Lovedeep Singh, Surinder Kumar, Lucky, Subhash Kumar, and Rajat Kumar of Doraha. They were booked under the NDPS Act and police recovered Rs 80,000 drug money from them.
Police arrested two Rajasthan-based drug peddlers Mahipal Jaat and Madhav Jaat from Bhilwara area of Rajasthan and recovered 1.5 kilograms of opium. A case was filed under NDPS Act.
