More than 20 petitions are filed in the Apex Court challenging the Central Government s decision of August 5, 2019, to abrogate Article 370 of the Constitution. PAGD has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court.
In an open letter to the Supreme Court, the former servicemen and women, under the banner of the Constitutional Conduct Group, have raised categorical objections to the decision, calling upon the top court to reverse it.
