Marc Vetri plans to open a new restaurant, Pizzeria Salvy, that honors his father, Sal. Additional details, including its location and opening date, will be announced on its Instagram page. Pizzeria Salvy will mark Vetri's return to the pizza business. In 2015, he sold the Pizzeria Vetri brand, and several other restaurants, to URBN, the company that owns Urban Outfitters. He kept his flagship, Vetri Cucina, and opened Fiorella in South Philly in February 2020.
