Brockhampton - ROADRUNNER: NEW LIGHT, NEW MACHINE Review

Saturation III and their newest,  ROADRUNNER: NEW LIGHT, NEW MACHINE, is supposedly one of two that will put the exclamation point on their four-year run. As a self-described Hip Hop “boyband,” the Texan collective has erected a career on the eclecticism of its 13 members. But as de facto leader Kevin Abstract explained to The Guardian in April, he’s grown tired of the boyband label and wants the freedom to be whatever BROCKHAMPTON wants to be. The 2015 film, which received support from the Wexner Center’s Film/Video Studio program, dives into police killings of Black men from 1995 to 2001 and will be available to view through May 20.  Siegfried  at the symphony  Classical music composers come up with the best birthday presents: On the occasion of his wife Cosima’s birthday, German composer Richard Wagner wrote “Siegfried Idyll” (the title of which refers to the Wagners’ son, Siegfried). In limited-capacity concerts at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Ohio Theatre, 39 E. State St., the Columbus Symphony will perform “Siegfried Idyll.” Also on the bill are Jean Sibelius’s “Valse triste” and F
