The Departments Police chief says its highly unlikely officers will stop working 49er games despite a threat made by the Officers Union. Laura malpert has more. He said he saw those men beat that victim with a bat and then he ran and they chased him and police later found him dead at some other apartments and we have been following this story since then and we still dont know what caused the fight or why they killed that man. Right now we are on the scene where police have taken a carjacking suspect into custody and he has shocking suspect about the suspect. Reporter the shocking information may be the man is only 13.
