For 50 years. Reporter police say the 17yearold driver turned himself in. Hes been charged as a juvenile. The 15yearold is fine and was practicing with his sports team. He went to practice the next day and the he was worried that he was in trouble. I dont know how you worry about that getting run over but hes a good boy.
