you can t even get a car through here. in fact, we understand a plow came through here around 3:00 in the morning from one of the neighbor, got stuck on the street and bailed. so now look what we have, zoom in down the street. this car has been stuck on this street for about an hour now, at least, and now it s backing up traffic even for a block or two beyond it. this is, really, norah, turned into a disaster in new york city. this is a city, biggest in the country, that prides itself on emergency response. here we are 72 hours after the snow stopped falling and they still can t get their act together. the mayor said we failed. you mentioned a couple deaths blame and slow response time pap woman who tried calling 911 when her mother had trouble breathing, ambulance didn t show up for hours. mother died. and another case a woman gave birth to a baby inside it s lobby of her building because she couldn t get out, and that newborn died because it took
