When they got here, they confronted a man inside one of these townhouses. A witness here told me that at that man at one point came on the back of the home. He went back inside. At some point, fire broke out inside this condo building. Its unclear who started it or why. But eventually, police did go in. And a Police Officer shot that man, inside the home. He has since been taken to a hospital. Along with two other people. If we believe, the people who are initially shot here tonight. I can tell you that the suspect, or the man who was shot by Police Officers, has died at the hospital, as we come back ou the two people

All new at 11 00, a 70year old woman suffering burns after a fire breaks out in backyard. Good evening. Abc action News Reporter Cameron Polom has more on what started the fire. Reporter we are standing where the fire started. We are told the flames reached nearly 50 feet up into the trees. We are told the woman was burning old newspapers and receipts in these barrels when it exploded. Something just blew up. This cell phone video shot moments after the blast. The flames burning 70yearold body. Her legs were really bad. The skin started pulling off. Reporter colby davis shot the video. He was doing landscaping down the street when he saw black smoke billowing up from behind the home. I came around the other side. She was here dosing herself with the water. Reporter the flames spread into the trees and nearby barn before firefighters brought them under control. Fire investigators say they arent sure what caused the explosion. They say the this point their investigation has revealed that the 17monthold has died of a gunshot wound.
