Deliberations in the kate steinle shooting trial. As you mention, they werent able to come up with a verdict before the holiday weekend. Thats why theyre resuming today. We know the jurors decided to talk with the judge in a closed session. First they were going to let us inside to see what the questions were and they decided to make that a closed session. Video from the past couple of hours, the prosecution walking in the courthouse, the hall of justice. Kate steinle who was shot and killed by Jose Ines Garcia zarate in july of 2015 along pier 14 in San Francisco. The jury is left to decide whether this killing was intentional or accidental. The charges being considered are murder and involuntary manslaughter. All right. Thank you so much. Well the Civic Center Bart station is back in business tonight after a small fire briefly shut it down. Some debris caught fire on the tracks just before 3 00 this afternoon sending some smoke billowing out of the sidewalk. Station was back open within 20 minutes and everybody was okay. It broke out in a four Story Building under renovation at may on and eddie. Luckily it was mostly contained to a area. No word yet on how this fire started but there is a restaurant on the lower floor of the building so its possible cooking grease may have played a role.
