Earlier this year, Jeff Bezos announced that he will step down as CEO and named Andy Jassy to succeed him. Bezos has recently released a final letter which addresses that Amazon should treat and value employees better. Recent controversies of Amazon have all centered on employees which have addressed the way the company treats them poorly.
