Earlier this year, Jeff Bezos announced that he will step down as CEO and named Andy Jassy to succeed him. Bezos has recently released a "final letter" which addresses that Amazon should treat and value employees better. Recent controversies of Amazon have all centered on employees which have addressed the way the company treats them poorly.

During the reign of Bezos' more than 20 years as the CEO of the e-commerce company, there have been a lot of workers and employees that have complained about the treatment and work environment within. This has brought a massive amount of lawsuits and issues within the company, especially about hindering unionization and its establishment.
