Darting at one of his favorite restaurants. We are in the sunshine eating this wonderful food and it is amazing how simple it is but how wonderful it this. Reporter this is the first day restaurants have been allowed to be open. They are setting out as many socially distance tables as they can manage. On location is set prior to covid19 around 200 seats. Right now we are at 65 to 70. With the expansion of outdoor seating, i think we will be able to recover a lot of our seats. Reporter thsomething simila restaurants can apply free of charge to set upprivate parking many are waiting due to protests which have them weary. Downtown san jose and returning to city hall. This is the very spot where we saw some of the unpeaceful protests, launching rocks and bottles at Police Officers. And today, the chief said his officers did what they had to do that day, to prevent this city from falling into further chaos. Metal rebar. Glass bottles. Rocks. Chunks of asphalt. San jose police chief, read out a litany of items he said were thrown at his officers of friday and paid five minutes of silent videos showing what he calls a mob mentality by those who had no intention of protesting peacefully and introduced the captain in charge of the police response.
