A tree is down upper flat creek road near calloway road and the salem church road area near the mars hill highway. So issues reported there. So far, no accidents reported in the asheville area here. But, again, you you want to take it slow on your morning commute. Standing water is an issue on many of these, especially floodprone areas. We are seeing the wind picking up here a little bit in asheville, but we are seeing Even Stronger winds leading to some Power Outages in cherokee and macon county. Duke Energy Reporting more than 1300 customers in each of the counties are without power right now. So, we are seeing issues across our area as a result of the weather. The wide view on satellite and radar shows theres a lot more of some speckled precipitation going down into virginia and then heavier rain that will be at times pushing through during the morning and especially later tonight.
