It initial to effect at noon time and last through midnight so counties surrounding philadelphia and poconos, Lehigh Valley will remain in effect until about 4 00 a. M. Heres what you can expect not just today but monday, prolonged rainfall, amounts from one to 3 inches, locally higher, possible causing localized flooding, gusts to 50 Miles Per Hour as we head into monday, ill time it all out in your full forecast. Lots of green, you are right, 1 2 punch. That is first punch. Second is the wind that really picks up as we head in the overnight hours tonight and then, by monday morning. Lets go to storm scan three to see what is going on. We are seeing that rain begin to over spread the region making its way in lancaster, chester counties and delco and heading in to philadelphia, very soon. Also down into south jersey salem, cumberland counties and delaware picking up some bands of moderate rainfall at this point in time. Flash flood watch issued, areas thaw see highlighted in green. It does not include all of southeastern pennsylvania, nor does it include delaware but it is really from philadelphia points east and points north, those are the locations where we can anticipate to see higher rainfall total
