This building has been vacant. There is no latin music in that neighborhood. I would like to bring in latin music and salsa bands. I think its a great location to put a restaurant on the roof to have where people can go out and diane and park a block away where costco is for 10. It would be one stop where someone can have dinner and listen to music instead of goes to other places to hear music and have dinner.
