The charges remain sealed and no word on who is facing charges and what the charges are. We do hope that later today we may get some word on whether anyone has been asked to surrender. All indications are that at some point on monday, the indictment will be unsealed and well learn what the charges are. Attorneys representing some of the people who are under investigation that we have talked to so far have not been asked to have their clients surrender.
