The 13th annual Pastels on 5th kicks off at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 on Fifth Street between Cleveland and Lincoln avenues in downtown Loveland with over 150 artists armed with a set of Koss pastels, a square of sidewalk and endless inspiration.
