CHICO, Calif. – The countdown is on for the annual Almond Bowl Car Giveaway. Those who enter have a chance to win a new car, for just $20, and help a good cause.
The fundraiser is for both Chico High School and Pleasant Valley High School’s athletics programs.
This year’s winner will receive a 2020 Nissan Sentra, courtesy of Chico Nissan Hyundai. The drawing for this event takes place Friday, Feb. 19 at 3:30 p.m. at the Chico High School football stadium.
Chico Nissan Hyundai has been a long-time supporter of the local high school athletics programs by donating a car to each of the Almond Bowl football game fundraisers, allowing a member of the community to win a new Nissan or Hyundai every fall.
