Govt Announces DA Restoration for Central Govt Employees as Per 7th Pay Commission Matrix
The Modi-led central government is going to restore Dearness Allowance (DA) benefit to its central government employees effective from 1st July 2021.

NEW DELHI: As per the Modi-led government s decision, the center is going to restore Dearness Allowance (DA) benefit to its central government employees effective from 1st July 2021.
With this, the central government servants are now seeking on how it will change their 7th pay commission matrix because a central government employee s DA is expected to jump from the existing 17 percent to 28 percent which includes a 3 percent DA hike effective from 1st January 2020, 4 per cent DA hike effective from 1st July 2020 and expected 4 per cent DA hike due from 1st January 2021.

On Wednesday, more than 13.5 lakh devotees showed up at the ghats of Ganga in Haridwar to take a holy dip for the third shahi snan during the Mahakumbh Mela 2021.

Chattisgarh- As per official reports, as many as over 13.5 lakh devotees turned up for the third day of Shahi Snan on the banks of the river Ganga during the auspicious Hindu festival of Mahakumbh Mela.
The authorities have assured that adequate measures, such as mandatory negative RTPCR reports for those coming in, have been in place for the overall safety of the people pouring in as new cases of coronavirus are skyrocketing and spiraling beyond control.
