Six former athletes will be inducted into the Iowa State Athletics Hall of Fame this fall. The induction ceremony will be Sept. 23 at the Sukup End Zone Club in Ames and the six will be honored at halftime of the football game against Baylor the next day. The inductees will be football players Reggie Hayward and Bill Weeks, wrestler Joe Heskett, basketball players Allison Lacey and Dean Uthoff and volleyball player Ashley Mass.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada - Iowa State University is reported to be getting its next basketball coach from Nevada.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports two unnamed sources confirm that T.J. Otzelberger is a done deal, barring a change at the eleventh hour.
Otzelberger would be leaving the University of Nevada - Las Vegas for Iowa State.
He married to former ISU star Allison Lacey and has been a Cyclones assistant coach. Otzelberger is also friends with Iowa State Athletic Director Jamie Pollard.
Pollard said Tuesday during a news conference that he intends to move fast toward finding a replacement for Steve Prohm, who was fired Monday. The Cyclones went 0-18 in the Big Ten this season.
