The Alliance of Yoruba Democratic Movements, AYDM has said that it believed in the capacity of President Bola Tinubu to end the present socio-economic and security challenges facing the country. AYDM is a coalition of 121 pan-Yoruba civil society and artisan groups spread across Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Kwara and Edo. The group stated this in a statement released in Lagos by the coalition's General Secretary, Popoola Ajayi, urging the newly inaugurated President to first focus on ending the lingering security problems in the country.
