Highway 101 is back open this morning after a deadly crash in San Francisco last night. Just before 11 00, dispatchers got a call about a body blocking the highways southbound lanes near 3rd street. Once officers got there they saw two vehicles had been involved in a crash. At least one other person was injured. Highway 101 was closed for a few hours overnight.
