A former Bethlehem police officer is charged with stalking and harassment of a civilian employee of the police department with whom he had a previous relationship, Northampton County District Attorney Terry Houck announced Tuesday.
Chief Brian Biechy served his final day with the Lehighton Borough Police Department on April 26 after 33 years on the job.
Biechy graduated from Northampton High School and moved on to Northampton C.
