A man who has worked as a substitute teacher is accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl who was shopping in a Lehigh County store, the DA says.
Lehigh County law enforcement officials claim a 30-year-old Macungie man, who worked as a substitute teacher, indecently assaulted a child at a shopping center.
