The car moved upward with such force it breached the ceiling with such force it broke the ceiling and the debris came down on the right hand elevator car in which the employee was riding and causing the car to come down and crush. It caused it to hit the second elevator. The Court Employee in that elevator car was taken in for observation and left the hospital in the last hour or so. Departed giving a thumbs up. The sergeant is still listed in Critical Condition with head and chest injuries, the labor and Industry Bureau is investigating this bizarre mishap as to when the elevators were last expected.
