Jan 13, 2021 Debra “Deb” Kay Klocksiem Tychsen, 67, of Marshalltown, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Cremation rites have been accorded per the wishes of Deb and her family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with burial in Paton, Iowa. Mitchell Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Deb and her family. Memorials may be directed to the family. Klocksiem (United States Navy Veteran) and M. Lucille (Sheppard) Klocksiem. She attended school in Rockwell City until they moved to Marshalltown in 1969. Deb graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1971 and went on to attend Marshalltown Community College until 1973.
