Both of those men were reported missing, and their remains were nationals who lived in west phoenix. The remains of lopez, who has an extensive drug crime history, were discovered in a shallow grave in 2009 in casa grande, and then in 2014 remains of his brother were discovered in a septic tank in casa grande.
