Zomato's scrip rose 1.71 per cent to Rs 115.75 level on BSE, as 29.82 crore shares changed hands on the counter, up 115 times over its two-week average volume of 25.87 shares.
Zomato shares: Data available with BSE suggests Alipay Singapore Holding Pte. Ltd held 29,60,73,993 shares or 3.44 stake in the online food delivery giant at the end of September quarter.
Based on the OI percentage, 81 stocks were on the short-covering list. These include Atul, Ramco Cements, L&T Technology Services, Alkem Laboratories, and HDFC AMC.
