After a hard-fought win against Blackburn Rovers on Good Friday, the Chairboys make the trip to the New York Stadium to take on Rotherham United on Monday.

Rotherham went into the international break on the back of a 2-0 win against Bristol City, but their form has been up and down. Can you talk us through some of their recent results?
We had a COVID outbreak just before the break so lost badly to Watford 4-1. Then, the win against Bristol City was a surprise as we weren’t a fully fit squad. Before the outbreak we had beaten Sheffield Wednesday which turned out to be a massive win for us. Before that we had lost six games in a row, we have had several injuries which hit us hard; Jamie Lindsay who has been the heartbeat of the team had been out since early February. After dropping points last minute to Derby County on Tuesday night, the Chairboys are back this afternoon and will be looking to right those wrongs against Millwall.

Only the top four teams in the Championship have won more games than Millwall, and they seem to have built up some great momentum. Can you talk us through their recent form?
We’ve gone a tad under the radar in the last month; we’ve been the draw specialists of the season so far but we’ve found a way to turn those even games into three points. It kicked off at Huddersfield a month ago, changing to a new 5-3-2 setup and has stuck since. The last three games have been great for us, stringing together three important wins including a 4-1 win over Sheffield Wednesday, having been 1-0 early on.
After an impressive turnaround win on Saturday against Huddersfield, all eyes will be on the Chairboys to see whether they can take that momentum into Tuesday night’s game against Derby County.

The Rams had a bit of a turbulent start to the Championship season, but their recent form has looked strong. Talk us through the last few games.
Since Wayne Rooney s appointment as manager, we ve looked a different outfit. We defended fairly well under Phillip Cocu, but going forward we were lifeless. Rooney has changed our mentality and philosophy and you can see the difference. Barring the results against Rotherham, which were both anomalies in their own way, we ve looked much stronger recently, even after the loss of Krystian Bielik to injury.
