After a hard-fought win against Blackburn Rovers on Good Friday, the Chairboys make the trip to the New York Stadium to take on Rotherham United on Monday.
Ahead of the clash, Alicia Povey spoke to Matt of the Rotherham United Podcast to get the down-low on the Millers.
Rotherham went into the international break on the back of a 2-0 win against Bristol City, but their form has been up and down. Can you talk us through some of their recent results?
We had a COVID outbreak just before the break so lost badly to Watford 4-1. Then, the win against Bristol City was a surprise as we weren’t a fully fit squad. Before the outbreak we had beaten Sheffield Wednesday which turned out to be a massive win for us. Before that we had lost six games in a row, we have had several injuries which hit us hard; Jamie Lindsay who has been the heartbeat of the team had been out since early February. Thankfully we had a good run at the end of January/ beginning of February which now looks vital - without it we would be further adrift of safety.
