emergency crews spent the night searching through the rubble. alicia cuna is live in our newsroom. reporter: we just got off the phone with the sheriff of stanton county. he confirmed a second death in this double tornado that hit yesterday evening. he told us the plan for today is to allow the folks who live there to go in and sift through the rubble and carry out their belongings. the county commissioner estimates up to 75% of the buildings were destroyed in the town of pilger from those tornado. that includes the school and fire department. the sheriff tells us the warning sirens did go off to let folks know it was time to get to shelter. but with these two powerful twisters few places felt safe. all the shingles start the
