The accident happened at parish but the next major intersection is down the road on central and they shut this down for about three hours, the accident happening around 7 00 this morning. And they just reopened this street a little after 10 00. Again, they dont know why she pulled out in front of him, whether she ran the stop sign or did stop but didnt see him. You can see a bach of showers and light rain arriving in the north bay now from santa rosa to the golden gate. Here is a wider view of the approaching storm, which is getting much more closer now. Its a light storm ranking one on storm impact scale. It will move in tonight and continue through tomorrow morning expected to produce pockets of moderate rain fall increasing the potential for flooding. It will be a storm with light winds. Starting at 7 00 this evening, by midnight well see more organized area of moderate to heavy rainfall developing offshore and beginning to push to the north bay coastline. By beginning of rush hour tomorrow morning, well see wide spread areas of light to moderate rain and a wet commute for many of tomorrows commuters and will continue into the late Morning Hours before it eases up.
