WASHINGTON, DC Art Place at Fort Totten has signed two new tenants to fill the large amount of retail space at the multi-family residential, retail, cultural, art, educational and entertainment development.
Onelife Fitness and Phenix Salon Suites have joined a list of retailers at the mixed-use development, with 16- and 10-year leases, respectively.
The owners of the development, The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, wanted to provide easy access to retail and the arts for new residents of Art Place at Fort Totten.

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - It s a frenzy at the northwest corner of South College Drive and Betteravia Road in Santa Maria. They are starting grading work on a new shopping center . it’s called Enos Ranch West . so it’s thought of as an extension of the existing Enos Ranch Shopping Center, says Community Development Director Chuen Ng of the City of Santa Maria.
City developers say the new shopping center will include an Aldi s Grocery Store as well as a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Restaurant. I’m excited for new stores coming in . I think our town is growing and it’s nice to have a lot of choices to shop at, says shopper Debbie Sharer.
