SALEM A man in the 400 block of Franklin Street reported at 11:38 p.m. Monday that he placed an order with Door Dash, but never received it. He believed the delivery person possibly stole the order. He was credited the money from Door Dash, but wanted a report on file. An intoxicated person was reported at 7:58 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of South Howard Avenue where a caller said an intoxicated man was lying on the ground outside his residence. He told police he didn’t need medical attention and would stay indoors. Police at 6:47 p.m. Monday checked on a 911 hangup call in the 800 block of Franklin. Residents said no emergency assistance was needed.

LISBON In county Municipal Court. Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; escape, a second-degree felony; and two counts of resisting arrest. A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 3 for Mobley, who is also facing prior charges from August of aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, criminal trespassing and domestic violence.
Cody A. Lawson, 24, Youngstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a grand theft charge, a fourth-degree felony. Lawson is alleged to have stolen a vehicle from Dylan Mayfield, who had left it running to warm up on Dec. 17.
