LEWISVILLE – Tetra Technologies leaders said Thursday, April 25, 2024 that construction will start this summer on a bromine and lithium plant in Lafayette County.

Impressive to see everything thatâs happening in Taylor, including the Tiger Den, which has celebrated its first year of operation. The Tiger Den Laundry has opened. Taylor recently got a $1.6 million loan for wastewater improvements, and appears to be a town thatâs holding its own. The same might be said of Springhill. We noticed that Cullen has solar-powered street lights. Thereâs an idea for Magnolia, which definitely needs better street lights. Dollar General stores are everywhere. Louisianaâs state and national roads are legendary for their poor condition and driving the stretch of U.S. 371 from Cullen to Dixie Inn, we see nothing has changed. COVID-19 has emptied the casinos along the Red River. Weâd forgotten that Shreveport-Bossier is, with a fe
