This warning is in effect until noon today.
A severe thunderstorm is moving into the area right now. It is 8 miles south of Bossier City, moving northeast at 30 mph. We could see wind gusts of up to 60 mph. This storm might also include quarter size hail.
There could be hail damage to cars. There is also a chance we could see some damage to roofs from the wind.
Communities included in this warning are Shreveport, Bossier City, Minden, Haughton, Ringgold, Sibley, Doyline, Dubberly, Dixie Inn, Heflin, Eastwood, Jamestown, Curtis, Fillmore, Bodcau, Plum Orchard Landing, Koran, Gilark, Noles Landing and Lake Bistineau North.

We had to make a

We noticed that Cullen has solar-powered street lights. Thereâs an idea for Magnolia, which definitely needs better street lights. Dollar General stores are everywhere. Louisianaâs state and national roads are legendary for their poor condition and driving the stretch of U.S. 371 from Cullen to Dixie Inn, we see nothing has changed.
