Rebuild, its always your prerogative to destroy. But i do think we ought to be paying attention to how that issue gets resolve ised because resolved because people will be brokering for power positions in the process of rebuilding, and its a new way to establish dominance. And perhaps through the ngoization of the area to undermine popular struggles for political selfdetermination. In the corner over here. And then well come back. Thank you very much for being here. I wanted to explore a little bit your discussion of working in solidarity with palestinians and, in fact, other oppressed peoples. From where you stand. As a, um, half jewish women with a palestinianamerican daughter who lived in palestine for several years but now living here in the United States, how does one do that with integrity . Because, you know, as someone whos an activist, as a writer, im also aware of this concept and have, in fact, been told, well, you must work in your community. What does that mean to you . Ho
Protecting womens property rights. All of the counted. First county in the nation that allowed women to sit on jur hes. Right here in albany county. [applause]. That is that is new york. While washington fights and gridlocks, we find compromise and we move forward. Why . Between albany and washington. Because we have a different belief. We believe in community. We believe in the could not is. That we are all connected. Hundreds of students turned out for a talk i gave, and they had so many question

Im a believer in the triad but we clearly have to have cu discussions that involve the air force, the navy, the departments the congress, National Security counsel and white house to determine, where is the nation going to go with this . We dont have enough money in d our air force and navy to do allry the modernization you would need to do if we took everybodys desire and tried to meet it. Ied thank you all. I want to thank the turn witnesses. For the record know the abc but for the record if sequestration returns next year can your service execute the defense strategic guidance .
