The driver of that car drove at a high rate of speed down oneway street in south philadelphia. Its very cowardly youll use a car to strike a pedestrian, any pedestrian but a Police Officer in full uniform. Report roar Police Officers responded to call around 6 30 of a man with a gun. The man ran away and jumped into a car with an 18yearold and 11 year old. Detectives say he drove the car down sears street and hit the officer. He put a hole about a foot wide and 2 feet long in the front windshield. Reporter witnesses say children were outside when the car sped down the oneway street.
