Alameda county Sheriff Deputies had a busy night with a car chase that ended with gunfire. This happened in san loreno on ricardo and falgren avenues. That is not very far from hayward. Today in the bay bob edell live near the crash scene with more on the confrontation between deputies and the suspects. Laura and sam. This chase ended right here in this dead end at ricardo. The suspects felt cornered, according to the Alameda County Sheriffs Office this is where the shooting took place. You can see the retaining wall. The suspect in the backed into the wall and the deputy got out of his car and drew his gun thinking the suspect would come out of the car. Thats when according to the Sheriffs Office that suspect charged the deputy. The deputy unleashed several shots. The suspect ended up crashing into this telephone pole right
