Gaston County Police are asking for the public s help to identify a suspect in a string of vehicle larcenies in Dallas.
The agency released photos of a white male wearing a hoodie and stocking cap who was stopped by officers early Wednesday morning. The man later ran from police who are now asking for the public s help in identifying the suspect.
Gaston County Police earlier said on Feb. 9, it was investigating multiple larcenies from unlocked cars off Ike Lynch Road in Dallas that occurred between Feb. 7-9.
Stolen items included a firearm, police said. Other larcenies have also occurred in recent weeks including the Alabama Trail and Texas Trail areas.
