The deferred maintenance, the digesters can no longer operate and if there is a big one, hundreds of homes will be inundated with raw sewage. So simply put, whether we like it or not because the supervisors do not follow the trend or that proposition, you need to give your blessings because you represent the constituents and because the residents are suffering and this maintenance job has to be done. One of the reasons we have to do this right now is to capture sand and the aggregate that is going to further impact this treatment plant. In the vicinity of the plant itself . We did take a look at the lbs that are from that specific neighborhood. There are i believe two including bay cat which is a locally grown organization there to help deal with the outreach components, but again the lbe program is citywide so brown and caldwell picked from the citywide program. Given the history that weve had over the years looking at the third street light rail, looking at even more recently developments happening now in bay view Hunters Point, i think it makes a lot of sense to do everything we can to ensure that we are going to have the most robust local Higher Program that will bring the neighborhood in itself. I want to make sure that you heard from me and im sure you will be hearing from the community as well that that maximizing of local hiring is going to happen and there is a real strong plan for that. The history has not been strong. We have a local ordinance now that can help guide that process but we also need oversight
