The shooting death of that south philadelphia three Year Old Girl. Its just happened within the hour here. Sources tell us that arrest took place in the 14th district in the germantown area and the suspect was taken into custody without incident. Now lets take look at the suspects mug shot. Police released just earlier today Police Identified him as 20 year old brandon ruffin. He was wanted by Philadelphia Police for quadruple shooting homicide. One of his victims the three year old little girl. The shooting occurred on friday night on etting street. Sunday his accomplice douglas woods was arraigned and charged with murder and related offens offenses. Throughout the weekend, police were on the look out for ruffin who was suspected to be the trigger man in that incident.
