Two prominent Minneapolis foundations are forming what leaders are calling a partnership to boost equity initiatives.
The Minneapolis Foundation announced Thursday a new strategic operating partnership with the Jay and Rose Phillips Family Foundation of Minnesota, the longstanding north Minneapolis organization that s donated millions of dollars to the city s North Side.
The move, effective at the end of March, means the Phillips Foundation will pay the Minneapolis Foundation to run Phillips administrative services and deliver its grants, said R.T. Rybak, president of the Minneapolis Foundation.

During spring and summer 2019, as crews excavated for the foundation of the new Bonney Science Center, they removed a stunning amount of ancient blue-gray marine clay more than 10,000 cubic yards, according to an estimate from subcontractor Gendron & Gendron.
We watched captivated as excavating machines scooped and scraped the clay, all clingy, sculptural, and glistening like unappetizing Jell-O. For weeks on end, a procession of G&G dump trucks arrived empty at the Campus Avenue site, across from Carnegie Science, and drove away full of clay.
We found it remarkable, but for G&G, as for earthwork contractors in much of Maine, it was no big whoop.

These could be an editorial opinion, but why promote a non-factual “thought” about antifa that’s even been removed by the Washington Times which initially wrote it? Azinger’s welcome to live in his fantasy world promoted by Trump, Hawley, Cruz and other enablers of this election fraud fantasy. He just shouldn’t be given a “news” platform. Those that went on Jan. 6 may now condemn what happened, but how couldn’t they see and hear what was happening? Those thousands surrounding the Capitol, combat-dressed, not for protesting as patriots, not antifa, were inspired to do violence against police and politicians for Trump. How could those attending, listening to the speeches, not know that viole
