The CM is likely to appear before the ED at its headquarters at 11am on Thursday. It took the probe agency just two weeks after it told the Supreme Court that it was contemplating making the Aam Aadmi Party an accused in the excise policy case and summoning the party’s national convener and the chief minister of Delhi to appear before it in connection with the ongoing probe into the liquor policy irregularities. He was questioned for nearly nine hours by CBI in April.
