The national security adviser’s of India and Pakistan – Ajit Doval and Moeed Yusuf believed to be behind the Kashmir ceasefire via Dubai, participated in the top security officials meeting at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in Tajikistan capital. In the earlier SCO meeting, Doval had walked out as Yusuf put on screen a map that Delhi believes is inaccurate. This time, they had no such issue but Yusuf said he did not meet Doval.
