Warrant: Jason Thompson, 41, 6000 block of Yucca St. Failure to pay fine in Deming Municipal Court. Also, battery and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Cited: Santiago Velasquez Saucedo, 57, homeless. Trespassing at Walmart (1021 E. Pine St.).
Warrant: Gabriel Carreon, 48, 400 block of S. Nickel St. Probation violation in NM Sixth Judicial District Court.
Disorderly conduct: Jason Cathey, 48, Bossier City, LA. Also, two counts of criminal damage to property (under $1,000).
Cited: Javier Perez, 29, 500 block of W. First St. Shoplifting at Walmart (1021 E. Pine St.).
