Making a speech. Lets take a look at where we stand with the Dow Jones Industrial down 138 points. We have been down more than 189 points earlier. Dont even imagine last night when neil cavuto is like looking at futures, which was plummeting. If it is not as bad as it couldve been. But the market is terrible. As we look at what we call the hot button here. We have bank of america and caterpillar. All of that pales in comparison with research in motion. The stock getting taken out to the woodshed. The Services Business is about 30 of revenue. To be pretty clear about this, research in motion change the pricing model for 2013, and the impression is it the thumbs down. Totally different story for investors. The Software Maker jumping about 4. 5 here. Better than expected thirdquarter numbers. Prescription revenues are up yearoveryear. At the end of todays show well take you back to food for others to hear firsthand from
The snap program . They say this is an out of control program that people are becoming dependent upon and not lifting themselves up because they have these resources and other side sees this as a growing and expanding program to meet a growing and expanding problem that they have been seeing hard times and this helps them from hitting bottom. Allison cohen . I think the primary reason for increase it is higher than it ever has been since we started you know looking at these numbers, some years ago. Weve got more americans up to 49 million americans that are hungry today. And increase of course is due to the downturn in the economy, the economic recession, but also the growing inequality in this country. So a growing economy alone is not going to have a tremendous impact on hunger and on the number of people that are relying on food stamps. We also have to address the issue of the growing inequality between the rich and the poor and at the root of that is living wage jobs. Well talk mor
