And a total scam that defrauded the government for well over a decade. Do you know how much he makes in retirement . And what are you doing to make sure that the scam doesnt continue, that a complete fraud who said he was a member of the distinguished cia and no one even bothered to check . Its almost the incompetence is beyond belief. Do you know what his retirement is this year . I do not know. Can you get it back to the committee . We can get it back. Can you give us the steps . If you say you cannot get it, you cant stop it because of bureaucratic regulations, then i believe in a bipartisan effort we would join in a single bill to stop it and to stop anyone else who defrauds the taxpayer of getting a retirement benefit. Its beyond belief. He scans the taxpayer, scams the agency, scams the government and a row to the confidence we have in government and then gets a retirement . I, for one, hope we can stop it at the very least. These retention benefits that my colleague was talking

My name is watson, executive director of public glass. I got one of the grants, my organization got one of the grants in question. I just want to come and say that we from the bayview found out about it we had somebody from all organizations, i met people at the library and we sent a representative to the process. We are a very, we are a small organization, but we do a lot of work. There are about three or four of us on staff that have done i have done this kind of work in rhode island. I have received grants before. When we sat at the meeting, we all do great work and i dont think my organization deserves it anymore or less than anyone else. I left that meeting saying we need to get our grant together and do it in a way that its written and get everything in order and get it in. Thats grant writing. Its not creative writing
Something about bridges. Has to know something about the safety of that bridge and the components that make it safe for the public. In this instance we have people who are nonartist. Whether they are from bayview or not, this is in subsequently. This fundamental importance is they have to have knowledge and background in the area of the selection. That has been the custom and practice for selection since time in memorial. In this instance, they werent singers and performers and they were paid 1,000 to make a selection that most people would do for free. 1,000. And let me make one final point. The last point i want to make is the comment made by that its existing programs to assist them with enhancing their arts program. Let me tell you about one such program which is the bayview opera house Ruth Williams memorial theatre. Of the 23 applicants that applied, it was turned down for 10,000 funding. Its right on third, it exist and it was the Arts Commission that named it after my mother. R

Just to clarify, we have 5 panelist who if they so choose can accept 200. It was correct that it was 1,000 for all the panel. Nice work, mr. Williams. Its still 1,000. Thank you, doctor. You should hire mr. Williams as council next time. The next card i have is mr. Watson. Good afternoon. My name is watson, executive director of public glass. Im glad im speaking about the role, the puc, its taking on a roll now. The out migration. You have mr. , i forget his name, thats working with him. Theo, hes doing a great job. Let me get back to the arts. The young lady that comesen here. The same process happened in the west edition with the Arts Commission. We got shambled and you can find it through the Redevelopment Agency with an audit and they put people in contract that werent in our community. Even on Sunshine Commission they came in with there, how can you put it, unsufficient evidence and they used the title and city and county. Let me just centeres this here. I think there is a new day in the community which im presenting as a community reform. You got reforming Everything Else except community reform. Now, my concept is that im not going present it now because somebody
