Customer Service & After Sales Advisor required for a leading manufacturing company based near Swaffham.
Crane Garden Buildings have been manufacturing high quality timber buildings for over 47 years and are proud of their heritage and reputation for manufacturing and installing quality products. They are looking for a dynamic Customer Service / Aftersales Executive to join the team. It is essential that you have previous experience in a telephone-based role making outbound calls to existing customers whilst providing excellent service and after sales support.
As an ideal candidate for the Customer Service role, you must be extremely organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a strong rapport with new and existing customers. Current or previous experience in a customer service or After Sales Advisor role is essential as you will take the lead in overseeing all orders placed on our CRM system.
